I made the mistake of driving through a flooded street and came out the other side with a loud noise coming from under my car. I drove straight to Prestige Tire and Auto, explained the situation, and they took my car in right away without an appointment. Front desk staff were courteous and understanding, and repair staff were quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Much to my surprise, they didn't charge me for the repair or labor!! I can't recommend Prestige Tire and Auto highly enough and will gladly return for future needs. They have gained a loyal customer. Thank you!!

Kurt (aka Carl) and the team did an awesome job with my daughters 4 Runner. We travelled to Illinois to move her out of the city to her new apartment in Plainfield. I went to check her car and every light was on the dashboard, brakes were shot, tires were bad and a headlight was out. I have my guys here at home and was very concerned about having just anyone work on my daughter's car. We were very lucky to find Prestige Auto! We dropped off her car Monday morning and headed back home. Kurt took in the car, diagnosed the problems we knew about and found a few more. He also said some things were not necessary. They contacted me via phone every step through the process and let her pick it up when she got back to town. Our family will not take her car anywhere else! (Because she obviously can't take it it for service!) I have only talked to Kurt on the phone and yet I feel like I have known him for years. If you need tires, a headlight, oil changes and other great service in the Plainfield area, Kurt and the Prestige Auto Team is your place! It certainly is ours!

Fast and reasonably priced. Their office answers the phone directly, which is nice because they can tell you exactly what their availability is for the day if you need a quick oil change, etc.
